This is 2nd photo of Anatomy series.Since we all use cameras and lenses I am giving an inner look into our equipments.This one has come for shutter blade problem.The colored part is the CCD.

Nice image, No one will try to do a DIY fix :). BTW how will you fix the rubber grip back? or do you replace it with a new one.

@Balamahesh: you mean, ex-camera as far as you and I are concerned! But Varghese will put it back together...he is a camera surgeon!

How fantastic to see the actual things that allow us to capture images and moments in time , and share so much with our friends. This, for me, is a rare, and very important image, and I am going to bookmark it, and also give the link in my blog, with your permission.

Can you send me one such picture of a Canon too? (esp if it is a 20 D or an S3, which is what I use? I would be very grateful.

Battery, Mirror lifting motor unit,Hand grip and battery holder,Hand grip rubbers, 2nd line Camera top with flash unit,Memory card holder written nikon on it,Green color board with IC's is processor attach to it is the camera chassis with CCD, Shutter unit,Screws in the plate,3rd line Mirror chamber reversed with circuits,Back cover with LCD,eye piece rubber hood, Bootom plate,USB port power connection port AV cable port rubber cover and processor protective metal cover.
